Good evening Brewers,
Just finished the last bottle of Oaked rum ale and what a brew it was.
I highly recommend this kit.
It seemed a little odd at first adding dried and crushed oak chips but what a result in the end
Bottling seemed to take longer than expected. Roughly 9weeks before it tasted good.
They only issue was chilling the bottles, 20 minster in the fridge was perfect with a perfect head. Any longer and it tasted like ****e.
