    Hi, Got low c from hop & grape Darlington. Used it before on one brew that was lovely light citrus brew, summery and refreshing. Hopfully this will come out even more citrus!

    The word for this guys is "just chill" Taking the hot weather into account I have put a bottle into the fridge and in less than 24 hours the stuff has settled to the bottom...happy days!

    Here's another question from a brewing dummy..on the recipes section I understand the boil length but in the bittering hops section is the Mins bit (say 60) is that from the start or finish of say a 90 min boil?
