I've been fermenting kits and bottling for about 5 years. But I have been given a 1970s keg with a keg coupler which has a Sankey fitting. That much I can figure out. First question would these still be usable ? Second question in part of the kit I was given (someone cleaning out garage) I got the below. I can figure out how it fits and what I suspect is the flow of the beer but what is it?
