Productive day today, 3 black pudding loaves made this morning. Then out to the green house to set seeds for my winter veg, got everything in bar the peas. A nice pint of Poes Boston Bitter after planting.
Couldn't resist trying a slice of black pudding while it was still warm.

Well the thin (Pedigree style bitter) beer had Maltodexdrin, priming sugar and finings added, waited for 6 days in the house and then 4 days in the garage. Pulled the first one today. Needs another day to lose the extra carbonation but tastes great...Not as much mouthfeel as I aimed for but very nice.
Pirate Pale to start today.
That was good, didn’t last long.
Moving on to the bitter. I feel like the guy sat on his own at the end of the bar but I guess it’s a bit early for all you guys & gals at work

I’m moving on to stout now but thinking about a DIPA
