Nope - it's a brown ale today, the Belgian will be bottled this time next week. Meanwhile I've got some QC for tonite... I don't muck around lol.

Traditional Scottish Hogmanay for us. Round to friends at 9 where we will be ââ¬Ëpipedââ¬â¢ into the house. Everyone has to do a ââ¬Ëturnââ¬â¢ during the evening. Last year I read a Yorkshire poem called ââ¬ËWillieckerslikeââ¬â¢. Another guest bashed out ââ¬Ëhouse of the rising sunââ¬â¢ on his ukulele whilst we all sang along... beer and whisky helps proceedings along nicely....
Then we end up at neighbours for the bells and consume more whisky until the wee small hours. For info, I am one of the youngest at 57 !
Tomorrow will be a write off whilst I consider the ââ¬ËDry January ââ¬Ë post........

That's the spirit! Anyways I was in bed at five to midnight and once the fireworks had stopped, I was away. And now at this ungodly hour it's so silent outside that you'd think everyone in the world had a massive hangover or summat. I can feel a bacon & egg butty coming on.
