I have 2 litres of 100% tart cherry juice, not from concentrate. I want to make a WOW and have red grape juice and apple juice. I could go for 2L cherry, 1L apple, 1L red grape and sugar to 1100g total, ferment to dry. Any suggestions?

The Vinclear from Harris doesn't seem to work. I have used it on two wines. Previously I was using Kwik-Clear which worked well. Kwik-Clear is a two-part kit. Vinclear has only one bottle. My wife refuses to drink cloudy wine.

Can anyone point me to a good jug? I have a plastic "5L" jug but it's obviously a 'gallon' jug and won't hold 5L unless you 'brim' it and then it won't or properly. All the markings are inaccurate to compound the error. It's out by 0.2 to 0.3 of a litre.
