Hi Kelper, I made a white Wow with apple and 250ml white CGJ...very nice ..bit more mouthfeel and slightly fuller flavour

1kg of the grape powder will make two 23l batches. Don't be tempted to put more in than recommended, I tried it with the red and it really threw the acid balance out and made it really acidic.

The red is ok but really didn't like the white.

Thanks @LED_ZEP. I have not received the powder yet but went to Garffen's website and the instructions say 420g of powder for 23 litres of white wine.

A kg could make 54.7 litres!
