    stalling at 1016

What's the pitching rate: 80g for 160 liter What's the OG? 1042 What's the expected attenuation of the yeast? This strain rapidly attenuates fermentable sugars with typical wort falling from a gravity of 1040-1045 resulting in a beer of less than 1008. What's the size of the batch? 160 liter...

    stalling at 1016

Hey All Ive been having issues with my fermentation targets. A number of my last brews are starling at around 1016 where Im aiming for at least 1012. Here are a few other details: 1) Mashing at 65-66 (strike 75c) 2) Adding 1tsp yeast Vit per 25 liter 3) Using MaltMiller Ale Yeast 2 (Which i...

force carbing 5 kegs + cleaning

Its Pale Ale. Im not too worried about force carbonating, its more the setup I'm concerned about. So far it seems that I can just take my gas line and spilt it out 5 ways and carb all 5 kegs together. I got worried when i say some pretty complex setups but Im hoping I can keep it simple!

force carbing 5 kegs + cleaning

She cannae take it captain, it's gonna blow!!! I cant really prime with sugar as there is no storage under counter so once the keg is empty, a fresh one is wheeled in.. I need to get this beer as clear as possible to reduce sediment

force carbing 5 kegs + cleaning

Me again  Im just bought 5 x 30L kegs from Crusader and just need to pick your brains on setting up a system so I can: 1) Force Carb them all from one tank. What connectors would I need and how do i split the gas from 1 cylinder to 5 couplings? 2) Clean/sanitise them all at once...

    Plastic beer tap

I've always found these hard to control and have had problems with foaming, even at a low psi. Ive been told that having some beer line between the keg and tap helps prevent it!
