    Priming beer in bottles can't get temp over 21.

    Hi everyone just a quick question. Just bottled darkrock bosses boss. It says first 4 days keep temp at 24 degrees then move to a cooler place. Problem is the warmest place in the house is only 21. Will it make much difference? Cheers.

    When to do hydrometer reading for og with brewing suger.?

    Hi everyone, I'm brewing the bosses boss tomorrow from dark rock brewing. It says in the instructions cool the Wort to the temperature for the yeast supplied then add 1kg of brewing suger.     Bottle carbonation temp too low 17 degrees?
