A couple of recipies for comments

Having a brew day tomorrow and have some ideas for a couple of beers what do you reckon. I like hoppy bitter beers.


First is a 4 gallon batch

Well, as a Yank I applaud your use of Cascade! :thumb: The late hopping is great!

I'd want a little crystal if possible if nothing else for color. Can you steep at all?

Personally I'd go easy on the cascade, Citra is a wonderful hop and it would be a shame if the cascade overpowered it.

I could steep but not sure how to these are only extract brew 2 & 3 any guides?

the reason i have used cascade as well as citra is i was told that citra can have a slight aroma of cat wee what do you guys think .
