Job's a good'un, I've just finished bottling. The way that S-04 drops to the bottom and clumps together really is quite remarkable, I can even pour the last couple of pints from the FV into a jug and bottle them through a fine mesh (sanitised) nylon tea strainer.

A fairly easy-going brew, 42 bottles at 4.2% (that has to be significant, any more Adams fans out there?), almost clear already, tastes promising from the trial jar, it will be interesting to see how it develops.

BTW, alongside, 4 gallons of Peach wine strained into DJs last night, and those yeasties really are trying to make a bid for freedom. Lousy photo, sorry.
