Finally got round to using the new hops I got a few weeks ago from Hop & Grape. If this turns out well I'm gonna enter it into the Saltaire Brewery Competition and maybe bring it along to the Spring Thing Comp

This is the recipe:

19L brew length
5.1kg Pale malt
440g Crystal malt

90 min mash @ 66.0c
Mash end temp 66.0c

Collected 27L after spare

Hop Additions
20g Magnum @ 60 mins
30g Mosaic @ 10 mins
20g Mosaic @ 0 mins
30g Mosaic Dry hop

US-05 yeast

No pictures today I'm afraid, just boiling now will update with the gravity readings later!

Kegged and bottled this last week. FG was 1.005, giving me 6.8%! US-05 really went to work on this one! Taste was very very fruity! Looking forward to trying this in a few weeks!

How's this one tasting now? I've got some Mosaic to use, both Whole and Pellets :)

Tried it when I kegged it last week. Was very very fruity/citrusy! Not currently got this in the kegerator so not sure on how it will taste fully yet. I've got 3 bottles of this for the NCB comp so hopefully it will be a cracker!
