On second tastings (OK, about 12th tastings) this is bland.

Its very bland. It really is missing that moreish porterish je ne sais qua.

I think its because I used raw oats instead of toasteds. Will defo toast my oats in future.

And put more hops in.

Cant have too much hops.

To me that's like saying you can't have too many chillies in a curry.
I like to taste the other ingredients! (like malt)
