Aimed for a 35litre brewlength to see if my tun and boiler could handle making 60pints :?

So here`s the recipe (cheers for the help with the hops bones! and advice from aleman on the wheat malt)

6300g maris otter
500g wheat malt
200g crystal malt
100g chocolate malt

50g challenger 90mins
30g northdown 90mins
20g challenger 10mins
15g first gold 10mins

1/2 protofloc last 15mins

Expected og 1046 Expected fg 1012 IBU 45 SRM 13.7 4.4%ABV

I`m going to ferment half with s-04 and half with us-05

good day overall, collected around 32 litres @ 1045 so volume was a little short - should give me just under 60 550ml bottles so very happy - hope to get another brew on before xmas!!

So tucked away my brew in two FV one with s-04 and the other with us-05.

Tucking into one of my Winter Gold`s at the moment - very nice to only bottled 12 days ago so just a taster to see how it`s doing ;)

cheers :drink: :drink: :drink:
