Yum! :drink:

Only the bittering and super-late additions? Not tempted by a bit of 15 minute flavour action?

Ceejay, yes 3 times. It is very fast yeast. Usualy for normal gravity it takes for about 3 day to finish. Flavor profile is similar to WLP001 or US05 but it leaves a little bit of malt character it is much much better flocculator. I like it alot!

calumscott, for me this gives the best aroma in beer. I tried with 10min and flameout additions, 15min and flameout but this one is the best if you want huge hop aroma. And also dry hopping. If you look at Stone Ruination IPA it is only 60min addition and whirpool! For my flame out addition i whirpool for 20min without chilling and then star to chill. It takes 11min from boiling to 17C which is my pitch temperature!

Cheers

Nice!

I really need to look back over your brews, you seem to do a lot of stuff I'd like! :thumb:

Stone Ruination?! Now you're REALLY talking my language. Like Callum, I'm going to have a see what you've been brewing
