Well, I batch primed and bottled two weeks ago and have them in a room at around 20 degrees. Tried one at two weeks exactly, carbing up OK, nice clean, hoppy bitter but definitely needing more time to condition.

Thanks for the reply. I'll be taking mine to the garage in a few days, where it's cooler and will hopefully clear and condition nicely.
 
I am drinking the first Barrel and I put the Hop extract in after 4 days. Beer is very very nice but having no sense of smell is not ideal to detect hoppy aromas

Barrel 2 I put the Hop extract in before the Yeast so will report back as and when. Wont be long as 32 Pints wont hang around in first Barrel
