Hi all i am new to extract brewing and was wondering if this looks ok for a brew it is for a 2 gallon batch. i had a play with beer alchemy to come up with this.

Fermentables
UK Crystal Wheat Malt 0.093 kg 4.6 In Mash/Steeped
Extract - Light Dried Malt Extract 1.341 kg 93.5 % Start Of Boil


Hops
Variety Alpha Amount IBU Form When
US Centennial 11.0 % 16 g 46.8 Loose Whole Hops 60 Min From End
US Centennial 11.0 % 11 g 16.4 Loose Whole Hops 15 Min From End
US Centennial 11.0 % 11 g 6.6 Loose Whole Hops 5 Min From End
US Centennial 11.0 % 22 g 0.0 Loose Whole Hops At turn off

Looks fine, the only adjustment I'd make is to up the 15 minute addition to increase hop flavour.
 
Don't see why not, I'd be tempted to move more hops to the last 20 minutes or so if you don't want to use the crystal but it should work fine. I did a could of extract only APA beers that looked much like your recipe a while back and they worked fine.

How did this batch turn out?

Seems like 3 oz. would have been a bit on the lighter side on an American style IPA. This recipe is similar to what Founders brewing in Michigan uses for their Centennial IPA.

OP, what were your thoughts? Did it need more hops?
 
Went really well for my first beer very hoppy and bitter it was only 2 gallons so it was plenty.
