I have just joined this group as I have re-started an interest in home wine making.
It started when I picked quite a lot of apples (cookers) from our daughter's tree and decided to try making some wine.
I froze the apples as I no longer had any wine making eqipment, but have recently thawed them out and started some apple wine.
To make use of the equipment I had to buy I have also started a cheap red wine kit, and I have ordered some grape powder (red) to start another batch.
I look forward to gettiing some ideas from this forum.
