Hello all
Just found your forum whilst searching for all things home brew. I started, like most others, with a couple of kits and am waiting for the second batch to be ready to drink. Now going to try a proper brew using spray dried malt and hops so I'll be searching through all the posts hoovering up information.

:hat: I'm from Thame where we have a nice collection of local small breweries ;^) :
Very happy this morning as my 30 litre boiler I purchased on Fleabay has just arrived. Just need some more yeast and I'll be ready to start my first 'proper' brew. I like light coloured hoppy beers so I'm planning on copying the recipe for Hopback Summer Lightning from the Graham Wheeler book.
