Picked up some cheap manderins from morisons last night. Got 20 of them for £3.
Heard it's best to let them ripen a while so going to leave them until next week.
There's various recipes one the net but interested if anyones tried any out.
Best I can find is this one.

I've already started it off but I will keep it for next time.
The talk of bitterness is helpful, might have come from pith which I tried to remove as much as possible
but I now know to leave it for a year if bitter. :thumb:

The talk of using plastic bags, brewers yeast and marmite sounds a bit scary though.
Maybe he's spent time in prison at some point :whistle:
 
try to read more of his blog lots of good info and recipes, i dont think he was in prison i think he just likes to experiment or to much wacky backy
