Looked and have similar due to an en-suite miles from an on-demand gas boiler and similar with a utility room. I am finding the lesser powered one I have ( 5KW) struggles to give much flow with hot water and should really have a spray type tap on it. I have a 9.5KW one in the utility room that is about twice the size but is really good, even in deepest winter if it's on full power it comes out hot. So guess what I think you need to consider is how much hot water you want - if its seldom used get a small cheapy, if you want more go a bit bigger for not a lot more money ( although does need some serious cabling back to your fuses)
