Yea a lot more hops than the last couple of stouts ive brewed but can only try and see if i like it , ive got a sh*t load of EKG so going to see what this is like
 
Ive just done a dark porter and added additional goldings hopps and in my opinion it didn't help and I think I'd have been better adding Coffee than hopps.
 
Well I'm brewing this the now and already made an ass of it I accidently put black malt in when I was meant to put roasted barley in hopefully it turns out OK.
 
Looks fine to me. IBUs are at the upper end of the style, but still reasonable, especially given the higher gravity :thumb:

Wouldn't worry about the black malt - you'll end up with a good stout but it just won't be as roasty and probably a little smoother. You've maybe put a bit too much in for my taste, but I'm sure it'll be decent :drink:
