Moved the ciders to the cold conservatory as both have stopped bubbling. Hopefully it will clear in the cold ready for bottling . . Had a taste and all seems ok infact not bad at all. Forgot to take Fg reading ill do it in a minute.
Wine still bubbling away happily .

Both are just under the 1.000 on final gravity before priming and fairly dry . Iv calculated that to be for both between 6 and 6.5 % does that seem right ? Once primed with sugar around 7% before drinking ?
Matt.
