First time I'm using the White Labs Liquid Yeast as well

Basic recipe for an IPA, I did almost the same a few weeks back it went into a cornie only yesterday. I used Safale U.S-05, and my mash water ratio was: 2.7 L/kg tastes brill when I dropped it in the keg, can't wait for it to be ready..

All going good so far, just about to start sparging....hops are smelling delicious !!

flame out hops are:
Citra 15g 15mins
Cascade 15 15
Simcoe 15 15

Yea I thought about the mash water ratio had to go with 2.6ltrs/kg due to size of Mash Tun.

There are all very pungent hops the whole house smells of it ...i love it SWMBO doesnt however ha ha

That's where I'm lucky the memsahib loves the smell when I have a brew on. She will come out into the outhouse when ever she can just for the hell of it. When she was a nipper she live near a brewery in Reading.
