Not too clued up on explaining the flavours,,,, but I'll try :D
Nice dark beer with a nice malty taste with chocolate notes and an excellent well hopped after taste with good head retention.

"Old Bernard"

Crystal 6.38%
Chocolate 2.08%
Wheat malt 3.13%
Hops -
Bittering charge was 50% Bobek @ 4% alpha acid and 50% Perle @6.9% alpha acid.
Flavour charge was 100% Bobek at 45 minutes.
Aroma charge at flame off was 100% Bobek.
IBU was 60.

Looks like a great recipe and should be bloody hoppy at 60IBU.

Would love to try a pint.

Congratulations Brew Buddy..... It must be a great feeling drinking a beer in a pub using your own recipe :thumb:
It was a proud moment Steve, especially when I saw others buying it :D
Can't understand it though, mine's only 30p

Well, I popped in this evening on the way home from work for a quick one, ... and I want to brew it  An absolutely brilliant pint, for me it was a very well balanced best bitter with a lovely fresh hop finish. If it was on tap regular I would buy it every time. The only thing that stopped me having a session was the jam jar.

It was £2.50 a pint and it's in good hands (hope your getting commission BB)

Anyone who is in striking distance of The Harlequin get yourself down there, ... and there's loads of other great beers as welll.

 :drink:

This didn't last long!! :thumb:
