One of my first original recipes was a lemon-rosemary blonde ale. I used 1/3 teaspoon rosemary (not sure how many grams that was) in a three gallon batch. It turned out very nice.Be very careful with rosemary it can be very over powering. I made a lemon and rosemary rye Saison. From memory I added 5g of fresh rosemary at the end of the boil. Totally over powered the beer
