Hi all,
I have a question regarding conditioning of IPA type beers in a corny keg.
After kegging, what temps should I store the beer at before it goes into the kegerator?
I brew in a well insulated garage where the temp varies between 15 and 26'C across the year - if the brew fridge is free then the keg gets stored in there at 12'C, if not it will be stored at ambient temperatures.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

If you're not carbonating through secondary fermentation in the keg then then bung it straight in the fridge. I typically closed transfer the beer into a keg, stick it in the fridge with CO2 on it and leave it for a good week or two before starting to drink. usually pretty spot on by then. If its a super hoppy style like a NEIPIA then I'll probably carbonate quicker in the fridge with a carb stone (one of those built into a corny keg lid) and start on it after a few days to a week to catch it fresh.
