I recently purchased a young's pilsner kit after seeing a few good words about it on here and I also got some beer enhancer.
Today it has arrived and after looking at the instructions online I notice I need 1.5kg of sugar/enhancer. I only have 1kg of enhancer, my mistake, but have some left over sugar (90% of a bag) from the bottling process of my last batch.
Would I be ok to just use 500g of the sugar and the whole bag of enhancer? Then use the sugar again at bottling. It would probably also benefit using up the bag.
I’m sure it will, except for maybe effecting the taste a little, but as I’m so new to it all I’d like to double check things with you pros.
