As we live so far from a brew shop and don't like paying Postage from online suppliers, we're getting creative, with lots of help from so many of you Forum Members, thanks to all of you!

We managed to get all our juice ingredients from Tesco and followed a recipe from a blog called Life in the Thrift Lane. https://thriftlane.wordpress.com/2014/06/13/wine-from-fruit-juice/ is the link for the basic recipe but this is what we used:

1.75 litres of Tesco Not from Concentrate Apple Juice
1 litre Welch's Purple Grape Juice
1 litre Cawston Press Beetroot Juice
1 cup of tea
650g sugar
1 tsp wine yeast (Wilko)
no extra water (there wasn't room in the DJ!)

Got an OG of 1.095 before pitching yeast. It smells incredible!

UPDATE!

It's now 8 days since we started the Beetroot Wine and wow, it's come a long way. It's still bubbling (about once a minute) but took a reading just now and it read 0.992. That makes it about 13.5%. It's a deep red and heavy bodied though still very cloudy. Had a few swigs and it's interestingly nice! No evidence of sweetness but there are really nice forest fruit/hedgerow elements, and no suggestion of beetroot!

Have high hopes for this one, will give it a serious de-gass and give it the finings treatment when the time is right!

Thanks for all the advice!
