I took a reading tonight and the hydrometer said 0.992. I racked onto a camden tablet and 1/2tsp stabiliser.
With an OG of 1094 this should be around 13.5%. The taster was very pleasant with a nice cherry nose and body with a distinctive strawberry after taste. Although it is ok for a sample I think several months in the cool, dark, cupboard will improve it.
Alas I only racked 4.2L from this brew.
