I'm evolving: 1 can kits with sugar , with brew enhancer/ spray malt , 2 can kits, now I want to boil, mix, cool etc. I've returned to homebrewing for a year and love it.

I'm collecting bits to built over the dark nights, where is the best place go get blue or any food grade container to convert to a boiler?

Any other economic sources of gear also appreciated.

Cheers

Cheapest I've seen is dvfuels.co.uk however I got no reply when I emailed for a postage quote recently.

Have you tried your local carboot ours regularly have them for about a fiver

the eponymous mango barrels can still be found at Indian restaurants, tho as always its best to ask even if piled on the rubbish bins, in my limited experience scabbing such things you often get the offer of something better/or cleaner at least too. ;)

if you can collect in person these people sell a wide range at a good price http://www.smithsofthedean.co.uk/recycl ... iners.html

however delivery is not cheap...

how about this.. i would bite his arm off if closer to me..

I picked up 60l ones from ebay. Got 3 for £25. One is a boiler, one a mash tun and the other stores grain.
