I've been thinking about buying a book on the teachings of the alcohols I have mentioned. The beer can wait if it doesn't come in a book with the rest. I'm looking for a book that has Cider, Mead & Wine inside for general teachings and some other useful bits and bobs that are useful to know. The beer can sit out on this one as I don't actively plan to brew it but it'd be fun to read. I'd rather not buy multiple books but if the better options require me to do so then I'd obviously pick the better options of having to buy three rather than a one in all. Preferably a recently up to date book is what I'm looking for, by this I mean a book that isn't twenty years old. As a book I saw that had well reviewed turned out to be twenty years old but the problem was that methods have changed as has the yeast. I'd appreciate you sharing books you'd swear by. Thank you.

I don know if such a book exists but I do know there are enough experienced members here that will answer any question you could throw at them.

I got recently home Brew byDoug Rouxel and Sara Paston-Williams and river cottage booze, both give a go over mead cider and alot of country wine, I can take a picture of the index later if that would help?
