if i have had a beer in the fv for 9 days then dry hoped in a presser barrel for 4 days then bottled will there be enough yeast in there still to bottle as i have done 20 odd bottles in champagne bottles and dont think i can face doing them all again :doh:
 
Yes there will. It's that simple! I think it was Gray's Alchemy who said that you should leave your brew 'til it's as clear as you'd like to see it in the glass. Advice which has helped me to get bottled beers which I can pour with little care. There's very little sediment and it tends to stick it the bottom. :D
 
that a relief :party: :party: its been in there a couple of days and not much going on i usually go strait in to bottles from fv
