Bottling TC

Evenin' all,

So I am to bottle a few gallons of TC.

I have steralised my glass bottles.

Do I/should I then also sterilise all my caps as well?

And, if using plastic bottles...sterili st those twist caps as well?

Yes to both. When I'm bottling I have the caps in a bowl of sanitiser and sit them on top of the bottle as the next one's filling.

Yes as D said above its not worth the risk for an extra few minutes work.

Yeah, the others are spot on.

When I used a wing style capper, I used to have that sat in a jug of sanitiser along with the caps. You can't be too sanitary.
