Braggot Ale

So, I have made a braggot ale.

400g Local honey
330g DME light
5g First Gold hops (35min boil), 5g more (10min boil)
Water to 1 gallon
Tsp Bakers Yeast
Tsp Yeast Nutrient

First beer, wish me luck.
