Just started a kit, it's a rasberry beer by brewferm. Added a bit too much sugar, 700g instead of the 500g as recommended. So should be a bit stronger. Refractometer was showing 14% brix, which makes it around 1057 and should ferment down to 1010' leaving it around 6.2% :)
Never done a kit before, so easy to do and takes no time at all.
Will ferment this at 20c not the 25c the instructions say.
