The lager I mentioned above was my first experience with kveik. I used the dried Lutra and was pretty impressed. I think I did mine at 30c from memory. I left it in the FV for 5 days but it was done after three.I really need to try a kveik - just been using a standard (cold temp) lager yeast so far, but brewed at 20c (ish)
