Hi all, I was in Liverpool Airport the other week and had a pint of Cain's best bitter. I was really impressed. Nice toffee and plum malt flavours but with a really long, bitter finish. Sadly I then had to get on a R&@?n air flight...
Anyway I've been trying to find a recipe but the only thing I could find was Target for Bittering and Goldings as late hop (I couldn't get any late hop taste/aroma on drinking).
I've never tried a clone but I've come up with this :
Grain Bill
I thought there should be some special B for a fruity touch.
Hops
Will use WY British Ale 2, as I have a load saved from a previous brew. Any advice or other recipes would be much appreciated, Cheers T
