Right then, time for a brew. Citrusy wheat beer this time. Kinda gagging for an AG brewery now, these extracts are killing my wallet and not too much fun to work with, but they get some kind of job done. Probably worthwhile waiting until we move into the new place, though!

Recipe:
Length - 23L; target OG: 1052; extract with partial mash

For 30 min mash:
250g Belgian aromatic malt
250g Malted flaked oats
250g Malted wheat

For 60 min boil:
0.7kg Light DSM
1.5kg Pale liquid extract
1.5kg Wheat extract

Hops:
15gm EKG @ 60 mins
30gm EKG @ 10 mins
50gm Cascade @ 10 mins

Extras:
1tsp Irish Moss @ 10 mins
1tsp coriander seed @ 10 mins
zest of half an orange @ 10 mins

Mash is warm and running well, bit warm at 67C, smells great

Hang in there you'll soon be in a new place with your own little brewery in the corner ;)

Hopefully so! Sticky extract goop is a bugger :) Anyway, missed OG due to awful efficiency so only 19L of wort this time, off it goes with a bit of s04, robert is your mother's brother.
