Just a quick question - I pressed my apples 2 days ago and added 4 campden tablets to the 3.5 gallons of juice. Have I left it long enough to add the yeast now?

Cheers, I've put the FV in the airing cupboard to warm up a bit first and I'll add the yeast after lunch.

Not sure about the apples but most real fruit wines I have done stipulate leaving the fruit on Campden 24 hours before next steps

Update: I added the yeast, the packet said sprinkle it on so I did, 48 hours after adding the campden tablets. Nothing happened so a bout 5 days after adding the yeast I ordered some more off the internet.
This time the packet said to rehydrate it so I did then went to add it to the FV and even before opening the lid I could hear it fizzing away like mad. Sods Law I suppose. Chucked the new yeast in anyway...
