Can someone look over these recipes please?

Hi

Can someone just have a quick look at these recipes to make sure the sugar amount, acids, and everything else look ok? Should I add anything else? I made them up last night, and added pectolase this morning. Will add yeast after work.

Plum wine
2.5kg plums
500g raisins
850g sugar
1/4 tsp tannin
1tsp acid

1/2 tsp betonite
1 tsp nutirent
2tsp pectolase


Unnamed yummy smelling wine
1.5kg mango
1.1kg oranges
750g pineapple
500g raisins
750g suagr
1/4 tsp tannin
1tsp acid

1/2 tsp betonite
1 tsp nutirent
2tsp pectolase
