I have Apollo pressure fermenter and now I built myself temperature controlling fridge that uses RAPT temperature controller and RAPT Pill. Can I make a great Pilsner with this setup?
I will source water from Spotless Water, what ingredients I should add to profile water, maybe you could send me a link? And what temperature I should maintain in my pressure fermenter because I want to use pilsner yeast?
Thinking about one of these kits:

I'm sure you'll make some pleasant enough, but I've always found lager kits a bit disappointing. They never had that delicacy and lightness you want from the style. Not sure that water treatment is so important if you're doing a kit either.
