I've used this car park during visits to BRUM,

its amazing... only downside is if you 'PARK' it and then forget you left your phone in the car, at least the car wouldn't be broken into stolen though.

Trouble is when it goes on strike you might be without car for a while.
There's just too much technology involved, too many variables, probably needs 24 hr service on stand-by. It's ok for BMW or Mercedes new car towers, they make loads of money unlike a local council ....
