Hi,

Another newbie question here. Feel free to hand me my cards!

Just leaving my beer cold for a few weeks after primary and secondary fermentation are finished. Is there an ideal temp? I imagine as long as it doesn't freeze, or revisit the 18°+ range. Is there a rule of thumb?

Thanks.

Hi!
In summer I just leave it in the brewfridge with the temperature controller switched off.
In winter I leave the FV on the workbench in the brew shed (with a tubular heater if there is a chance of freezing temperatures).

OK great. I've sat it at 7° give or take, but I'll shove it up a little. Sorry if this has been covered a billion times, my search skills are limited. Thanks for all the replies!
