I brewed this up on wednesday, all went well except a lot of trub got through to the fv as I was using pellet hops and copper pipe strainer. I am gonna try make a hop strainer with ss mesh as some of you guys here have done. Man there is some aroma off columbus pellets, the smell from the fv is great too :D . I will dry hop each fv with about 1 oz of columbus too just in case there is not enough aroma :lol:

I've never tried columbus hops but from what I have read I think they would be right down my street. It looks like a great beer.
 
No pics I'm afraid, forgot all about it. I made something similar to this during the summer and it turned out great. I think I used some darker crystal malts than this brew. Will try and get a pic of the finished article in a few weeks :)
