No, and it won't be your last... :) there are always things happening that you've not experienced in brewing before, hopefully someone on here has though.
Much better to be asking loads of questions than trusting to blind optimism and then not enjoying your ale!

Ok, you gave me the green light for more questions so here goes…

Regarding pressure barrels and CO2 - Wilkinsons sell the following bits;

Youngs 5 gallon pressure barrel
Youngs C02 injector kit - consists of a replacement screw cap with valve for the barrel and a red plastic CO2 holder
Pack of CO2 canisters

The lot comes in at about £45

Could anyone confirm this is all I will need to transfer to the pressure barrel and (hopefully) succesfully serve up the free flowing beer over Christmas?!
 
Sounds about right! You should also make sure you have some sugar on hand for priming.

I would do a search for batch priming and follow those instructions.
