one of the things that myself and my fellow friends/brewers are curious about is how long different kits take to condition. While i'm rarely below the 150 pint mark of conditioned beer, my buddies sometimes run short. it would be useful to have a guide that may help people decide which brews to 'get on' first in order that it may be tasting good in a relatively short space of time (also useful if mid november and someone wants a brew for xmas week etc.) Also interesting to see if 'modifying' a kit would alter the conditioning time. I know it's subjective, but then so are peoples taste in beer so as a loose guide it may work. For example, one of my mates contributed several bottles of coopers real ale (made with bke) to our first beer club night and after just 4 weeks in the bottle, it had a very good taste!
