Crafty brew stove toppers so la

Hi all, first of all I'd like to say thanks for this forum, it's been an excellent tool for my brewing journey so far.
I had my first small attempt at all grain today with a crafty brews stove topper so la west coast IPA, I had a of reading of 1.041 or 12 brix using my new refractometer , I was wondering if anyone else had done this kit and if the of gravity reading is about right?

They say you should end up with a 4.5% beer. Your OG should be good.
