Probably a daft question, but I searched the forum and couldn't find the answer anywhere, I'm looking at extract recipes, all of which call for the use of lme. I am struggling to find one supplier to get everything from, can you substituted dme for it and if so in what proportion please?
 
For recipe conversion I believe 1kg of LME = 800g DME... the extra 200g is just water.
