How does this look for a Dunkelweizen? Never brewed one before but a friend is asking me to brew him some :)

IBU (tinseth): 14.14
SRM (morey): 16.01

FERMENTABLES:
2.4 kg - United Kingdom - Wheat (50.8%)
1.5 kg - United Kingdom - Munich (31.8%)
0.5 kg - German - Vienna (10.6%)
0.2 kg - German - CaraMunich I (4.2%)
0.12 kg - German - De-Husked Caraf III (2.5%)

HOPS:
35 g - Hallertau Mittelfruh, Type: Leaf/Whole, AA: 3.2, Use: Boil for 60 min, IBU: 14.14

MASH GUIDELINES:
1) Temp: 68 C
Starting Mash Thickness: 3 L/kg

YEAST:
White Labs - Hefeweizen Ale Yeast WLP300

I have seen a few recipes with Special B but was thinking that this wold not be a traditional ingredient so went with the Carafa....
 
Dunno enough about malts to comment but the recipes i have done are all from the Greg Hughes book. Just used Carafa3 in a BIPA and its really clean. and nice and 2 recipes i used special B in are promising so far. Now you say it though special b is Belgium lol. I am gonna try and keep my wheat beers under 5% in future as i reckon they will be more quaffable.
